The house is located in Zemmengrund, 9 Kilometer after Mayrhofen just outside of Ginzling. There is room for 12 persons with self-catering.

Usually not rented to bachelorette parties or parties. Possible on request.
Rates:
At least 4 persons.
Summer (1.5. – 1.10.): 38,50 € (plus tourist tax)
Winter (1.10. - 1.5.): 44,00 € (plus tourist tax)
Children sleeping in their own bed: 17,00 €
Children in the parents' bed are free (Only once the 22,00 € for the final cleaning)
Final Cleaning:
We charge 22,00 € per person for the final cleaning
Dogs / Pets:
Dogs in the house by arrangement when booking.
Costs one-time cleaning fee of 22,00 €.
Checkout:
Checkout time is by 11 am on the day you leave.
Wellness:
1 x Hot Tub (4 – 5 hours): 80,00 €
1 x Sauna (4 – 5 hours): 44,00 €
