The house is located in Zemmengrund, 9 Kilometer after Mayrhofen just outside of Ginzling. There is room for 10 persons with self-catering.

If waste is not recycled properly or empty containers are left behind, the additional costs of disposal will be charged.
If toilet paper runs out, the guest is responsible for refilling it themselves.

We recommend to make reservations at least 4 months prior to your stay.
Usually not rented to bachelorette parties or parties.

Rates:
Minimum occupancy, at least 5 adults.
Summer (1.5. – 1.10.): 40,00 € (plus tourist tax)
Winter (1.10. - 1.5.): 44,00 € (plus tourist tax)
Tourist Tax 2,20.- per night per person
(from the age of 15)
Children sleeping in their own bed: 25,00 €
(up to the age of 15)
Only Infant in the parents bed are free (Only once the 25,00 € for the final cleaning)
Exclusively only for children, up to the age of 15, there are 2 extra beds in two double rooms 20,00.- €
Final Cleaning:
We charge 25,00 € per person for the final cleaning,
once per person
Dogs / Pets:
Dogs in the house by arrangement when booking.
Costs one-time 65,00 €.
Checkout:
Checkout time is by 10 am on the day you leave.
Wellness:
1 x Hot Tub (4 – 5 hours): 80,00 €
